A firmware update might require you to unpair your Jade device from your mobile device's Bluetooth settings before reconnecting.
Unpair Jade from your device
Go to your phone or tablet's Bluetooth settings and remove (or “forget”) the Blockstream Jade from the list of paired devices.
Pair your Jade again through the Green app

Open the Blockstream App and tap Continue.

Select your Blockstream Jade from the list of available devices. A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on both the app and your Jade. Confirm that the codes match, then approve the connection on both your phone and the Jade device.
Note: If you're having trouble connecting, make sure to unpair your Jade first before trying again.
