If you are having trouble updating your Blockstream Jade's firmware over Bluetooth, we recommend updating using either the desktop or the Android version of Green. Desktop 1. Download Green for your desktop, open the app, then click the Blockstream logo under Devices. 2. Plug in the Jade to your desktop via the supplied USB cable. Select Update to update your Jade to the latest firmware version. Tip: If Jade is not recognized by your computer, please visit the following help center guide. 3. Choose your desired firmware version and confirm this action on your Jade. 4. After the update is complete, you can login to your wallet as normal or continue the setup of your Jade. Android 1. Download Blockstream Green and connect the Jade to your Android device with a suitable USB cable (sold separately). Switch on your Blockstream Jade. 2. Your Android device will ask to open Green when it detects your Blockstream Jade. 3. Choose to connect to your Blockstream Jade via Cable, then select your device. 4. Select the network on which you'll use your Blockstream Jade, and choose to update your firmware when prompted. 5. Confirm the firmware update on your Jade and wait for the process to complete.
