If your Jade is experiencing issues or you want to erase all stored information from your device, you can perform a factory reset.
Warning: Before continuing, make sure you have your recovery phrase written down and that you are confident in your recovery process. If you do not, you will lose access to all funds stored in your wallet.
Method #1: From Boot Menu
Turn on Jade and access the boot menu by clicking (not holding) the select button once while the logo screen is showing. Select Factory Reset and enter the given confirmation number on-screen to erase all data from Jade.
Method #2: From Options
Navigate to Options → Device → Factory Reset. Enter the given confirmation number on-screen to erase all date from Jade.
