If your Blockstream Jade is experiencing issues, it may help to perform a factory reset. Warning: Before performing a factory reset, make sure you have your recovery phrase written down and backed up. If you do not, you will lose access to all funds stored in your wallet. Perform a Factory Reset 1. Boot up your Jade and press (do not hold) the large center button next to the screen while the Jade logo/splash screen is showing. 2. When the menu appears, select "Factory Reset". 3. After the factory reset is complete, check to see if the issues affecting your Jade are resolved. You will also need to restore your recovery phrase in order to regain access to your wallet.
