AMP (previously called Managed Assets or Liquid Securities) accounts allow you to send, receive, and store managed assets, such as security tokens issued on the Liquid Network. The overall functionality of an AMP account is almost the same as that of a standard account, with the addition of an AMP ID that is used to obtain authorization from a security token issuer to move your funds. In addition, you cannot recover your funds like you would on any other account. Note: AMP accounts are only available in your Liquid wallet. Mobile 1. On the home screen of your Liquid wallet, tap the account section and choose Add New Account. 2. Select AMP Account, enter a name and choose Add New Account after reviewing the information. 3. Your AMP account is now successfully set up. This new account comes with an AMP ID that is necessary to receive authorization to move security tokens. To access your AMP ID, tap Get ID on the home screen of your AMP account. Then tap to copy your AMP ID, and share it with the issuer of a security token you are holding in order to obtain authorization. Desktop 1. Log in to your Liquid wallet. From the top menu, select Wallet > Add New Account. 2. Select AMP Account from the list and click Next. 3. Enter a name for this account, then click Create. Your AMP account is now ready to be used.
