Yes. Liquid assets—including LBTC and USDT—all use the same address type. You can send any Liquid asset to and from any Liquid address. You can technically send different assets to the same address, but as with Bitcoin, it is generally recommended that you avoid using the same address twice.
Blockstream App and Different Assets Types
The Blockstream app is recommended for most users storing Liquid assets. Use the Receive function in the app to generate an address and QR code to receive any Liquid asset.
Upon receipt, the Blockstream app adds the received Liquid assets to the list of assets in your account. Assets that are part of the Liquid Asset Registry are displayed with their asset name and logo (if available). Assets without an entry in the registry are displayed as “unknown assets”, showing an asset ID only.
When making a transaction, you can choose the Liquid asset you want to send after entering the receiving address.
Some merchant systems (e.g. BTCPay Server) will generate a special QR code that instructs your Liquid wallet which asset to select, as well as the amount required for payment.
