If you are experiencing any issue or have questions about how to use Blockstream Explorer API, you can request help from our support team.
- Log in to your Explorer API account. At the bottom of the left-side navigation bar you will see the Support button.
- You will be redirected to the Support page where you can click Create Support Ticket.
- A right-side modal will open up. There you can describe your issue or inquiry. Please include as many details as possible, such as error message, network used, API key (aka Client) affected, error timestamp with time zone, etc.
- Click Submit Ticket to send your inquiry. Our support team will review your case and you will receive a response in the email associated with your Explorer API account.
