Bitcoin purchases in AQUA are facilitated by our partner Wyre. If you have not received bitcoin although you were charged for an order, you may consider the following steps. Note: It is possible that the solution for your individual case is not listed below. Confirm the Bitcoin Address You Used for Your Order The receiving address you provide during the order process on Wyre must be the exact same as your AQUA receiving address. If the address is different, you will not receive any bitcoin. Note: AQUA generates a new receiving address every time you tap Receive in your application. If you attempt to confirm your receiving address in your application, you will therefore likely see a new address. All previously generated receiving addresses remain valid. Wait a While Depending on the amount of traffic the Bitcoin blockchain is experiencing, it may take between thirty minutes and several hours for the funds you ordered to arrive in your wallet and the incoming transaction to be confirmed. Your Purchase May Have Failed If your purchase fails, it may be due to issues with your payment method. In this case, you will not be charged.
