No - AQUA is a singlesig wallet only. If you'd like to use multisig, download the Blockstream Green wallet, which supports both Bitcoin and Liquid assets, and uses a multisig model to provide enhanced two-factor security. Neither AQUA or Blockstream Green currently support custom multisig wallets.
