If you have lost your recovery phrase or believe it was written down incorrectly, you will be unable to recover your funds if you are unable to log in to your wallet (for example because you lost/changed your device or your PIN). Blockstream does not have a copy of your recovery phrase and cannot assist with restoring your wallet if you have lost it. If you can still access your wallet using your PIN or another login method, you can re-record your recovery phrase at any time. Warning: If you have lost your recovery phrase and suspect it may be accessible to someone else, you should send your funds to a different wallet as soon as possible. Without two-factor authentication enabled, anyone who knows your recovery phrase can access your wallet. Viewing Your Recovery Phrase from the App Mobile 1. Log in to your Blockstream Green wallet and tap the Settings icon, then scroll to the Recovery section and select Back Up Recovery Phrase. 2. Choose Continue and record your recovery phrase backup. If You Are Unable to Log In to Your Wallet If you have lost your recovery phrase and are unable to log in to your wallet, Blockstream cannot help you regain access to your funds. At no time does Blockstream store or have access to your wallet’s PIN or recovery phrase. Your funds may be permanently lost unless you find a way to recover access to either your recovery phrase or your wallet.
