If you are using a deprecated version of GreenAddress, you will need to upgrade to Blockstream Green and restore your wallet in order to access your funds. To learn more about the end of support for GreenAddress, please visit this guide.
1.
Download the latest version of Blockstream Green for your platform.

Restore your wallet using your recovery phrase.

Your Greenaddress wallet should be found automatically, but if it isn't make sure you add a 2FA Protected account
Tip: GreenAddress wallets use a multisig security model, so make sure to select "2FA Protected" when restoring your wallet. Your wallet will show zero balance if you choose Singlesig.

Your wallet balance and transaction history will be now displayed in Blockstream Green.
Tip: If you currently log in with a PIN and have lost your recovery phrase, open your old wallet app and go to Settings, Show recovery phrase, then make a safe backup of the recovery phrase on paper. You may now use this to restore on Blockstream Green.
