If you are having issues connecting your Blockstream Jade over Bluetooth, it may help to try the following troubleshooting steps: Try to unpair Jade from your device. Most Bluetooth issues are related to a bad pairing between your Jade and your device. Make sure your Jade has Bluetooth enabled in your device's settings and that your Jade is using radio firmware. If unpairing/repairing didn't work, make sure you are allowing Bluetooth from the Green app settings. If neither of the above steps help, try to factory reset your Jade, but be careful as you will need to re-initialize your Jade. Unpair Jade from your device 1. Navigate to your device's Bluetooth settings, then unpair (or "forget") your Blockstream Jade from your device. 2. Next, reconnect your Jade via Bluetooth and see if it will now pair with Blockstream Green. Allow Bluetooth in Green App Settings 1. Navigate to your device's Settings and find the settings specific to Blockstream Green. 2. If disabled, tap to Allow Green to access Bluetooth. Your Jade should now appear in the device list in Green. Perform a Factory Reset If re-pairing with your device did not fix the issue, you may want to perform a factory reset on your Jade. Warning: Before performing a factory reset, make sure you have your recovery phrase written down and backed up. If you do not, you will lose access to all funds stored in your wallet. 1. Boot up your Jade and press the large center button next to the screen while the Jade logo/splash screen is showing. 2. When the menu appears, select "Factory Reset". 3. After the factory reset is complete, try to connect your Jade via Bluetooth again. You will also need to restore your recovery phrase in order to regain access to your wallet.
