Blockstream Jade users can verify addresses and perform air-gapped transactions by using QR Mode. Scan is available in all Jade sessions, however QR Mode allows for a truly air-gapped experience and can accessed using SeedQR and Recovery Phrase Login. Note: The wallet you access using the method below will be forgotten as soon as Jade is turned off. Because your SeedQR is only used temporarily, it will need to be scanned upon each session. Make sure to keep your SeedQR safe and protected to access any funds you send to it. Pre-Requisites 1. Create a SeedQR of your recovery phrase. Access a SeedQR Wallet 1. Turn on your Blockstream Jade and select QR Mode, then choose Scan SeedQR Tip: You can also access a SeedQR wallet before your Jade has been initialized. Choose Advanced from the initialize screen and select Recovery Phrase Login. 2. Point Jade's camera at your SeedQR. Jade will automatically proceed to the next screen once your QR is recognized. 3. Your QR Mode session is now be active and you are ready to perform fully air-gapped transactions using Scan.
