There can be many variables when scanning SeedQRs with Jade, including the quality of your backup and the lighting of your environment. Suboptimal conditions may result in Jade being unable to read your SeedQR. Tips for Scanning QRs with Jade Try the following suggestions if you are having trouble scanning QRs with Jade: Ensure your SeedQR backup is filled in correctly Use a SeedQR with high contrast (white background, well-marked black pixels) Scan in multiple different lighting conditions (backlit, frontlit, natural light) Place your SeedQR against a light-colored background. Change the distance at which Jade is trying to scan Tip: Start with your SeedQR close and fully in view of Jade's camera frame, then slowly move your Jade backwards to increase the distance from your SeedQR. Jade may scan your SeedQR successfully when it is further away than you think may be ideal. Continue to alternate between a closer and further scan until the optimal distance is found.
